MY BACKGROUND

is in developing and producing non-fiction content (doc-reality, documentary, workplace based, dating, competition formats, crime and justice, branded), syndication (relationship, talk, game, court, late night), scripted and documentary programming. I've also worked in the digital space, developing content to launch consumer brands and oversee app development. I have developed shows for FOX, BET, Sony, Discovery and CMT amongst others, and received a DGA award for directing.

EXECUTIVE PROFILE
I am a creative thinker -- looking for solutions far outside the box and turning conventional wisdom and processes on its ear. I have the knack for looking at things differently than my colleagues, using underutilized materials or assets to achieve unpredicted success. I have the ability to think of a project from tip to stern, ensuring that the smallest of details are accounted for and that there’s always a contingency plan B,C and D. I’m a collaborator and a co-conspirator with a clear creative vision, and I do believe that “teamwork makes the dream work.” I’m a risk taker, skilled at leveraging my larger-than-life persona to sell ideas and concepts to skeptics. When my back is against the wall I am able to make tough decisions rooted in the best outcome for my ultimate goal. I have the confidence, presence and charisma needed to convince the toughest of critics to see a situation my way.
